Employed Wealth Management Adviser

The Company: Our client is a single office, nine partner chartered accountancy and tax practice with a well-deserved reputation for delivery of an exemplary level of client servicing. Taunton based since 1902 they have a well-appointed office, conveniently located next to Junct 25 of the M5. The client is one of the South West’s leading independent firms and advise a broad range of clients across both the UK and overseas.

The Role Profile: The successful candidate will be taking over from a retiree and the Financial Services division has a sound history of producing high levels of business. Leads and clients are provided by all nine partners of the firm. The successful applicant will provide wealth management and inheritance tax planning advice to those clients that are provided and those that are proactively self-generated. The candidate’s main job remit will be to provide financial advice and they will also be responsible for their own admin and paperwork.

Experience Required: The successful candidate will be an experienced IFA with at least three to four years’ experience in a similar environment. Many of the clients would be considered wealthy or HNW and familiarity with this type of client would be ideal. Diploma is a must and the ideal applicant would be working towards chartered status or hold ambitions to attain this level of qualification.

Benefits: £35,000 basic salary, OTE of £50k. Pension and DIS, free parking.
