An exciting new position has opened up in Dublin. You will work with a committed team in a proactive and enthusiastic manner and will be  responsible for managing all operational, planning, and organisational activities to ensure the smooth, professional and successful operation. Candidate Requirements: To manage the day to day efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring you lead by example, to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. Training and mentoring of all staff. Ensure that guest satisfaction is at the forefront of the operation. To ensure guest feedback is acted upon in a timely manner ensuring the relevant people are informed and that all necessary action is taken to prevent reoccurrences. To monitor all purchasing and costs in the department and to ensure that spend is in line with budgets and in line with purchasing procedures. Drives business results through revenue growth and cost savings efficiency.  To create an environment where the team are up-selling and cross-selling.  Provide training, encourage development and motivate your team. The candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage a team. To be very focused on service excellence. Ensuring customer service is maintained. Role Requirements: To train, mentor and lead the team in producing a high level of service to all guests. Trustworthy, energetic, ambitious and hardworking. Need to be very strong on financials. Exceptional team leader and communications skills and able to manage a team. Motivates, inspires and empowers others to improve performance. Highly motivated, flexible and energetic. Very Customer focused and enjoys this aspect of the job the most. Ability to multi- task and multi-skill. To have a passion for food and trends of food. Previous experience from hotel restaurants is desired. Salary 40k based on the candidates experience.
