工作职责

-  Report to manager of accounting department;

-  Review monthly accounting supporting documents and journal vouchers in the financial system, and accounting closing;

-  Review monthly PRC financial report, and internal management report;

-  Supervise monthly and quarterly PRC tax compliance;

-  Ensure that the accounting and finance processes are effective, concise and efficient with adequate internal control in place;

-  Review and optimize current financial related policies and processes for the purpose of efficiency improvement and risk control

-  Communicate and coordinate with clients on above monthly accounting service related issues;

-  Assist with acquisitions of new clients

-  Participate and assist with marketing activities

-  Familiar with manufactory treatment for financial and other model of SAP

-复核月度会计资料、记账凭证，及月度结账工作

-复核月度会计报告以及内部管理报告

-复核月度及季度企业纳税申报

-确保会计及财务工作的效率效果

-优化公司会计制度，以达到不断提高工作效率以及控制风险的目标

-与客户进行良好沟通并提供相关会计服务

-协助扩展客户数量，挖掘潜在客户

-协助公司开展市场活动

-熟悉SAP系统的生产型企业会计处理和其他模块

Qualifications and skills
职业资格及技能要求

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation is preferable;

- Around 3-5 years’ working experience in accounting department of foreign invested companies or international CPA firm;

- Familiar with accounting closing cycle and General Ledger preparation under PRC accounting principles;

- Practical experiences with domestic accounting software like KingDee and UFIDA; international accounting software of SAP will be a plus;

- Good command of PRC statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures; familiar with IFRS/US GAAP/German GAAP is a plus;

- Familiar with the reporting requirements for local tax filing and declaration;

- ACCA Preferred,Holding a certificate of accounting professional (会计证); Qualified Accountant (中级会计师) and CPA/CTA is a plus;

- Good communication skill, high client service responsibilities and problem solving skills;

- Diligent, reliable, numerical sensitive and could work under pressure;

- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

- Able to work independently under deadline

-正规大学本科学历，会计、财务、税务及其相关专业

-3至5年以上会计工作经验，有服务外资客户经验或有大型事务所工作经验者优先

-熟悉基于中国会计准则的会计账目准备及结账工作流程

-熟练操作国内财务软件，如金蝶或用友， 熟悉SAP者优先

-熟悉中国会计准则及法律法规，熟悉IFRS/US GAAP/German GAAP者优先

-熟悉中国税务申报要求及程序

-ACCA优先，持有会计上岗证，有中级会计职称、CPA或者CTA资格者优先

-良好的沟通能力，有服务客户的责任感以及迅速解决问题的能力

-工作勤奋负责，对数字敏感，可在压力下工作

-熟练应用中英文

-能按期独立完成工作
