Private Equity/Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager, buyside Fund house

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with external fund administrator to prepare and review management and statutory accounts of funds and special purpose vehicles
• Manage a small team internally to prepare portfolio accounting reports and capital accounts etc
• Prepare and review capital calls and distributions
• Monitor cash positions of investment projects and overall liquidity of the Fund, handle payments
• Collaborate with different offices and assist in ah-hoc projects related to fund accounting and operations

Key requirements

• At least 5 years of Private Equity/Real Esate Fund Accounting/Finance experience, candidates can be coming from buyside private equity/real estate funds, or fund administrators
• Good knowledge in Private Equity/Real Estate fund structures and accounting issues
• Leadership experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Qualified Accountant
• All-rounded knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills
