Senior Management Accountant

To assist the Finance Business Partner Manager in delivering the internal customer facing Finance function in the and helping ensure financial resources are planned, managed and reported. Role will also assist the Finance Business Partner Manager in providing financial support to projects and activities.

Description

• Accounting

Assist in delivering the monthly accounts reporting process, producing accurate and timely financial information to the Finance Business Partner Manager and to budget holders.

• Budgets

Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process to support strategic and operational objectives

• Linking

Assist in providing a link between the analysis of data and other teams. Provide data assurance to ensure that information decisions are made at the right level.

• Developing the Services

Support the Finance Business Partner Manager in identifying, building and developing a network of external contacts

• Line Management & Leadership

Provide line management and leadership to a team, managing resources to ensure that objectives are achieved.

Profile

Essential:

• Experience of delivering financial support to internal and external customers.

• Experience of managing and reporting financial performance information.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management team members.

• Experience of working with finance ledgers.

• IT skill - Microsoft Office, Excel at intermediate level.

• Experience of leading & developing people to deliver high performance.
