In this London based interim role as Head of Corporate Finance, reporting to the Strategy and M&A Director, you would support the health and care Company's expected increase in M&A activity across the division.

Description

In this London based interim role as Head of Corporate Finance, you would support the health and care Company's expected increase in M&A activity across the division, with core responsibilities in:

• Financial modelling,

• Coordination of due diligence,

• Engagement and management of external advisers,

• Coordinating of internal reporting and governance and developing strong,

• Effective and efficient working relationships with the company's teams.

Profile

The candidate should combine the ability to offer vision as well as practical application to a situation. He/she should be able to create high impact, command respect, and build strong relationships and influence across various levels in the organisation, in addition to the following:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent,

• 5-7 years work experience, including at least 2 years experience with a top investment bank,

• Subsequent experience with an in-house M&A team considered an advantage,

• Has experience working internationally - full time or on projects.
