Finance Intern X3

Financial planning & analysis (FP&A):
The intern will be engaged in an in-depth analysis of operational expenses, benchmarking exercise,  budget vs actuals, forecasting of expenses etc. for 34 manufacturing sites. The intern will also get an opportunity to participate in evaluating various cost saving opportunities for Cipla.

Capex finance:
The intern will be engaged in evaluation of various capital expenditure proposals across various functions within the organisation with a view to balance business needs with efficient capital deployment. He will also work on post implementation review of various proposals, publishing of periodic management reports, governance and controls on capex spends.

Financial reporting for subsidiaries:
The intern will be engaged in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (under Ind-AS) for 3 subsidiaries, co-ordination of statutory audit/ limited review, cost audit and tax audit. He will also be engaged in internal financial controls (IFC) review, internal audit, delegation of authority reviews and overall controls & governance.

Qualification requirement: Candidate should be a B.com graduate + Pursuing ACCA Qualification

Experience: 0-1 year with knowledge of FP&A - Financial Planning & Analysis, Capex evaluation & financial reporting of subsidiaries, IND-AS / IFRS. Fresher’s who have completed their B.com and are pursuing the ACCA qualification are welcome, however candidates with experience would be an added advantage.
