Cocktail Bartender @ The Spencer Hotel We are looking for an experienced  Bartender who has flair and passion for cocktails. As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in a prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district. Home to 169 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting Rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East Restaurant, we are eager to find the right candidate who can join our busy Cocktail Bar. The hotel is located within 10 minutes' walk from O'Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes' walk from the Hotel.
