Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, Brand & Propositions; this role will be a core enabler of the overall Permanent TSB Customer Strategy. Leading the Customer Planning, propositions & Insights functions to design Customer led offerings and creative solutions that differentiate Permanent TSB from the competition, maximise the Customer experience and ultimately grow market share. This role will lead on the Interpretation of Customer segmentation work; lead the development of long term customer strategies, whilst focusing on customer needs and maximising share of wallet. As the Voice of the Customer, develop an insightful understanding of our current & potential customers, ensure that our Customer Strategy is aligned with, and delivers our Growth Strategy. Accountable for the delivery and management of Voice of the Customer programme including MI for Executive level committees. Lead out on the strategic engagement with senior stakeholders in all business areas (including Leadership Team) to ensure strategic focus & investment is against clear key business opportunities/ risks and customer needs.
