Job Purpose:
Lead and Deliver country specific requirements for the Sale Practice Review deliverables. Working closely with the regional Decision Management Sales Practice lead, this includes (but not limited to), data sourcing of key data elements to preform sales practice monitoring, preparing data dictionary and data mapping requirements for all data elements, testing of data from source to Big Data platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the engagement between business (product/marketing/channels/S&D) and technology for data integration into the businesses data environments (Teradata, Big Data, SAS etc) for sales practice review specific data requirements
Have sign off responsibility for all data integration of new data as well as Audit signoff responsibility for all data used in Sales Practice Review
Design and deliver approach and functional specifications of business requests and getting business sign off for new data integration
Own the development and maintenance of data dictionaries for domain area with established framework
Project Management: On-time delivery and quick TAT, multi-task and manage multiple projects independently and helps junior analysts deliver, provide technical / non -technical guidance as required
Develop automation solutions to validate the data integrity of deliverables and ensure quality of deliverables
Communication: Effectively communicate strategic considerations with team, risk and challenges to partners and senior management.
Relationship Management: Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships
Share best practices across SIS groups and implement best practices, drive data and analytics solutions

Qualifications
Incumbent Specification
Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:
Strong Communication, client facing skills and metric driven communication to all parties
10+ years of relevant work experience with extensive working knowledge of MIS REPORTING/Data Management and Information Systems development, with particular emphasis in the use of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Architectures within Banking/Financial Services/Consulting/Analytics industry
SAS and/or SQL programming experience
Domain knowledge in the Cards and Banking is a must, knowledge in Unsecured Lending and Mortgage will advantageous
Experience in Credit Risk, Credit Card Fraud, Collections, Credit Operations reporting will be considered favorably.
Proven ability to project manage new complex MIS creation, Campaign Delivery or Data Management initiatives within tight timelines
