The Role
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will oversee the OTC function in ensuring existing OTC processes from regional offices are transited smoothly into the Singapore Shared Services Hub. You will lead in process migration, and recommend improvement on existing AR, collection and billing processes. You will work closely with Regional teams on revenue recognition procedures and provide advice on invoicing, customer receivable issues and disputes etc.
You should be a self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and proactively review and initiate improvement initiatives for the OTC function.

Your Profile
- Minimum 6 years of Order to Cash (OTC) experience in Shared Services environment
- SAP exposure required
