This Iconic Singaporean organization is seeking a switched on and commercially savvy Head of Corporate Finance. Reporting to the CEO, this role will support the business as it grows through M&A Activities across APAC, with focus on the China market.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a team that manages all M&A processes from financial analysis, modelling, due diligence and recommendation on valuations and investments.
• Work with senior leadership to make strategic financial decisions for the future of the group across different industry investments including healthcare.
• Work with external parties including bankers, investors and industry professionals to generate potential investment opportunities

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA) with a proven track record in successful M&A transactions
• You will be a strong leader who can present and assist the CEO on strategic company decisions
• A hands-on Finance person who can build financial models whilst being detail orientated
• Exposure to the Chinese M&A market would be advantageous in this role
• You will have strong business acumen with good interpersonal skills
• Exposure to the healthcare industry preferred
