A growing firm of accountants, based in Hastings, is searching for a qualified, ACA/ACCA, all round, accounts, tax etc, career background, accountancy practice professional, to join the firm, as a Senior Accountant or Client Manager. You will carve a key position in this close knit, team environment and become a pivotal part of this successful, well established and reputable firm of accountants.

The firm is well established, reputable and growing, servicing clients across Sussex and Kent, and further afield. The firm has strong client relationships with businesses of varied size and industry providing accounts, tax, audit and a wide variety of general practice services and added value advisory work.
Description
Joining the firm, as a Senior Accountant or Client Manager, based in their Hastings offices, you will oversee the management and provision of the accounts, tax and general accountancy practice service requirements to a varied client base, taking the reigns on the management and delivery of your own portfolio, as you develop within the firm and role. Whilst there will be a proportion of smaller sole traders and partnerships, your clients will also include a significant number of limited companies of varying turnover and industry range, OMBs and other clients up to several million pounds in turnover. As you develop into the role, managing relationships and providing a quality service, there will be scope to build client relationships with your clients whereby you can become a go to adviser, with scope to identify and advise on wide ranging planning and advisory projects and really carve a role in this established firm of accountants.
Profile
You may be a recently ACA/ACCA accounting professional, or with several years post qualified experience or more, as the role can very much be moulded around the right individuals levels and background. You will have a strong career background, gained in the accountancy practice sector, at Client Manager level, or similar, with general practice skills, across a mix of accounts, tax, etc and be looking to develop your career further, with client portfolio replacement.
Job Offer
£30,000- £40,000 dependent on experience
