Site Controller

Major Job Responsibilities: US GAAP & Local GAAP accounting and reporting Establish and maintain effective internal controls and compliance discipline for the plant; Monitor and evaluate controls and ensure appropriate remediation of gaps Coordinator for external audits Assist local leadership in addressing and referring finance related matters Tax compliance including reporting, filing, accounting and liaison with local tax bureau Coordinate and provide supports on sites operations and process improvements Competencies Required: Strong internal control mindset who is audacious enough to voice out concern to site management Strategic Thinking - Proactively identifies potential problems and vulnerabilities and collaborates with team members to define potential solutions China GAAP, US GAAP and SAP knowledge Good communication skills with all levels in the organization Adaptability - Advocates change to optimize work processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Over 8 years experience in Finance field People Management experience Accounting qualification, for example, CICPA, ACCA, etc. Excellent English skills both in oral and written
