An exciting Bristol business are looking for a Cashiering Manager to manage a team of 2 within their central Bristol head office.

After a recent restructure, this rapidly growing business are looking to recruit a Cashiering Manager on a permanent basis.
Description
The successful Cashiering Manager will responsible for:
- Managing a team of 2 Cashiers - conducting 1-2-1, setting team targets and develop team members.
- Review and improve the current Cash Management process.
- Ensuring all cash and sales are posted to the ledger on weekly basis.
- Weekly cash variance report.
- Maintaining up to date bank reconciliations on the finance system.
- Review and sign off team members work.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience of managing a small team
- A proven track record in a Cash Management role
- Previously worked in a small team
