The Finance Manager, working with operations and senior stakeholders, is responsible for sound financial performance and reporting of the business unit. This role leads the design, monitoring and management of annual budgets and financial controls in line with company policy.

Description
Key Duties include:
- To Manage the Revenue of the SBU by setting the Dealer levy and invoicing in line with company regulations
- To Manage the suppliers to the SBU, including multiple departments, agreeing SLA's/ KPI's and tracking spend in line with budgets
- To set the annual budget, present to Directors and agree in line with company financial accounting processes
- To report quarterly to Directors the actuals and forecast
- To report monthly to stakeholders, on current status, changes to forecast, agreeing additional spend
- To view journals and ensure correct invoicing
- Ensure good control of administration and processing of matters pertaining to staff payments
- Support the department on areas such as revenue calculation and recognition, financial analysis, forecasting and reporting as defined in the financial reporting calendar and month end close procedures.

Profile
In order to apply for this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Qualified: ACCA, CIMA, ACA.
- Operational management experience preferably gained in Automotive, learning or similar functions.
- Strong administrative management skills pertinent to the job description and experience of international environments.
- Programme management, scheduling, rostering and allocation of resources
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines is a key skill to be successful in this role
- Accounting and analytical skills relevant to the role backed up by academic achievement
- Strong commercial financial experience working within industry or a commercial organisation
- Demonstrable experience of building and manipulating financial models
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Proven ability in Leadership and taking ownership
