Managment Accountant

An all round senior Management Accountant position in a growing, established law firm in Central London. In this role you will providing key technical support to the rest of the firm and will be offered key development prospects to grow within the company.

Description

Your key responsibilities in this Management Accountant role will include:

• Being in charge of the management accounts;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Provide support and possible training on setting the budgets;
• Identifying issues or discrepancies within the management accountants and analysing these variances;
• Overseeing the assistant management accountant on an on-going basis ;
• Providing key support to other offices around the world in terms of accounting issues
• Possible travel to other offices
• Adhoc projects and requests as and when they arise

Profile

As the successful candidate for this position, you:

• Have an accountancy qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent);
• Have less than 3 months notice period;
• Have strong technical skills;
• Be comfortable working with colleagues from different branches worldwide;
• Have an energetic and positive attitude towards your work;
• Be competent in using excel;
• Possibly have had previous exposure in the Legal sector
