Role Specification: Title: Commercial Finance Manager Function: Finance Reporting line: Finance Director Location: Kilbrew, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Role type: Full Time, Permanent Overview: Working as part of a focused, value-adding Finance Team, the Commercial Finance Manager will partner the Commercial Team in driving sustainable sales growth across our domestic branded business portfolio. The Commercial Finance Manager will have critical responsibility for ensuring return on trade investment targets and financial control of customer rebates and will also play a key role in overall financial planning and analysis for the business. Responsibilities: Partner the Business Account Managers to set and deliver sustainable net sales growth targets across our domestic branded business. Leverage demand planning and business intelligence tools to deliver analysis and recommendations, pro-actively ensuring that return on trade investment targets are achieved. Critically analyse and financially control all customer rebates, ensuring appropriate controls and authorisations are in place. Drive forward planning agenda through analysis and recommendations on Commercial performance based on rolling demand planning driven forecasts. Own as super-user key commercial business intelligence and demand planning systems. Key analytical role in NPD development, pricing and pack price architecture management. Key analytical input for commercial medium to long term planning. Skills and experience: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA. Critical experience in commercial reporting and gross to net sales financial management. Self-starter with a proven track record of business partnering to deliver results. Strong communication and persuasive skills with cross-functional team experience. Advanced excel ability with strong analytical capability. Robust systems experience, ideally to super-user level and with exposure to business intelligence systems. Proven track record in delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to FMCG industry, specifically food manufacturing, marketing and distribution.
