- Responsible for the acquisition of New-To-Bank (NTB) customers for Premier Banking Asia (Greater China).
- Prospect, identify and cross sell the OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to target customers.
- Present value proposition To target audience through collaboration with external business partners.
- Maintain close working relationship with PBA, BoS, EmB and other internal stakeholders.
- Fixing of appointments using direct face-to-face meetings or remote means via emails or tele-consulting.
- Conduct all required KYC, AML process, procedures and documentation.
- Travel regularly to meet up with NTB customers and prospects
- Produce monthly dept travel plan by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external channels.
- Maintain and produce regular tracking reports and analysis
- Coordinate with stakeholders to organise regular roadshows and events to acquire NTB customers
- Adhere to the Bank's marketing guidelines and compliance requirements
- Assist to ensure dept's adherence to the Bank's marketing guidelines and compliance requirement.
- Identify and develop new external channels to increase source of referrals
- Maintain good working relationship with external channels and resolve issues
- Conduct regular training and briefing sessions to external channels
- Involve in projects and initiatives to further develop business opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of acquisition sales or business development experience.
- University degree
- Strong new relationship building skills and entrepreneur mindset.
- Highly driven and positively motivated to over achieve assigned goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
- Polished and mature to handle the affluent market segment.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis
- Prepared to travel extensively.
- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
