About the position Working with a global tax team based in Dublin and the US, your role as international tax manager will be to manage all aspects of the tax compliance matters of the groups entities outside of the US. As the group have an outsourcing engagement with a consulting firm, your role will be a review role and you will take ownership of the compliance matters for the group. As such project management and developing relationships across the business will be an integral part of your role. Some responsibilities include: Support tax team members with preparation of the global income tax provision and calculations on a quarterly basis Work collaboratively with the tax team to complete mandatory reporting requirements for the financial statements Coordinate with the external tax compliance engagement teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of non -US income tax returns Review the tax returns while understanding and communicating tax compliance risks and opportunities Support the transfer pricing policy and function of the group About the person Qualified tax professional with at least 6 years experience in a top tier firm or corporate tax department Strong corporate tax technical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
