Financial Analyst

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB This position is mainly responsible for budget, forecast, analysis, internal control and other controlling related tasks MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Timely delivery of Annual Budget, Quarterly forecast and monthly rolling forecast on P&L, B/S and Cash flow. - Prepare reports reflecting order Intake, revenue, gross margin, expense, and other management reports, that meet the requirement from HQ, Management, Profit Center and Cost Center. - Provide valuable analysis of monthly actual performance against budget and forecast. - Timely track the company target achievement status, and drive closing the GAP to the target. - Pro-actively identify the risk and deficiency in operation process, and find out solutions. - Establish cost review process to control cost. - Support Finance Controller to develop an efficient and effective suite of tool for budget and forecast. - Internal control including but not limited to: internal audit, standardize and optimize work process, review and update policy and guideline. - Other ad hoc assignment. KEY COMPETENCIES - Educational: Bachelor's degree and above, major in Accounting or Auditing is preferred. - Experience: 5 years working experience, at least 3 years' experience in financial analysis and internal control. - Smart to listen and understand with right response, hands-on; - Independent & initiative at thinking & learning, quick adapting to new environment; - Fast in execution; - Good teamwork, open minded, good communication skill with different people; - Language Skills:  Written English Level: Fluently  Oral English Level: Fluently - PC/Office skills:  Excel Skill: Fluently  PPT Skill: Good - Other skills: Expense in SAP system is preferred.
