Financial Analyst

Areas of Responsibilities, Key Tasks and Success Criterias: Conduct the controlling activities on DCS business in Haiyan, including but not limited as: 1、Costing: • Secure and run local costing together with local stakeholders • Ensure the process are aligned to overall DCS process 2、Cost performance: • Follow up on variances, explain and challenge development with stakeholders (Site management and Supply Chain controlling) • Drive Cost improvement 3、Fixed expense and OVC: • Ensure correct reporting • Support stakeholders with explanations and corrective actions • Drive improvement 4、CAPEX : Ensure CAPEX project tracking and controlling spending to budget Business Case: provide finance input for business case, validate and challenge the rationale in the business case. 5、Inventory: • Focus on ‘Production inventory' • Ensure correct valuation of the stock (obsolescence & scrapping) • Challenge local stakeholders on stock turns and throughput times Provide support to stakeholders from other function or location in DCS finance. Keep timely communication with stakeholders from business e.g. operation, product management, supply chain management. Being an active role to interact with business and challenge business for improvement. 任职资格：
