An established FMCG business based in Harlow are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk. Full time permanent role with training, career progression and excellent benefits.
Reporting into a hands on HR Manager your role will involve ensuring agency workers are paid, collecting and calculating data, timesheets, dealing with payroll queries and much more.

Description
- Reporting into a friendly HR Manager
- Match timesheet images to sales invoices before sending out to clients via post or email
- Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Ad hoc reporting
- Liaise with the Branches to ensure timesheets are received by head office on time
- Complete all statutory payments and any deductions in a timely manner
Profile
- Ideally a background in Payroll or timesheets
- Hard working person who has a good telephone manner
- Team player
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Organised and methodical
