An established FMCG business based in Harlow are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk. Full time permanent role with training, career progression and excellent benefits.

Reporting into a hands on HR Manager your role will involve ensuring agency workers are paid, collecting and calculating data, timesheets, dealing with payroll queries and much more.

Description

  • Reporting into a friendly HR Manager
  • Match timesheet images to sales invoices before sending out to clients via post or email
  • Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Liaise with the Branches to ensure timesheets are received by head office on time
  • Complete all statutory payments and any deductions in a timely manner

Profile

  • Ideally a background in Payroll or timesheets
  • Hard working person who has a good telephone manner
  • Team player
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Organised and methodical
