This large Multi Academy Trust now requires an experienced Payroll Manager to step into the breach to cover a period of sickness. Overseeing a team of five highly experienced staff, you will manage the in–house payroll function for 16 schools and fully support the integration of additional school's payroll as they come in–house over the coming months. You will also support during year–end and take on a project lead role as the Trust implements a new HR/Payroll system from Carval (used at present) to iTrent in the next few months. You may also be required to travel to the Rochester site.

The ideal candidate will have experience of running a school payroll function either within a single school or as part of a MAT/Local Authority. You will be highly organised, have lead a small team, coupled with a good working knowledge of Carval or iTrent systems. This is a diverse and busy role within a friendly and supportive team.
