  • overseeing the management accounts function.
  • forecasting analysis.
  • contract review.
  • business partnering and liaison with trustees/property developers.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Providing accurate financial management information for internal and external reporting purposes.

  • Providing input for inclusion in the monthly Finance Report.

Profile

Successful candidate will be bright and ambitious individual looking to take on new challenge. Good excel skills a must-have, industry experience not essential.

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate is:

- 50- 55K basic salary
