TITLE: Accounts assistant (PART–TIME)

LOCATION: London, Central

SALARY: GBP 14 per hour


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a traditional property management corporation on a part–time temp to perm basis. Situated in the heart of London, this corporation needs an accounts assistant to help with purchase ledger administration.

This individual is required on a Part–Time basis working two mornings a week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday). Hours will thus amount to one full day of work spread over two days. Therefore this role is perfect for an individual looking to pick up some additional work to fit well with their current part–time position OR perhaps an individual only wanting to work a few hours per week.

Main Duties Include:

  • Billing administration
  • Raise and post invoices
  • Year–end administration
  • Bank reconciliations

Essential Skills:

  • Maintaining adherence to both client and staff confidentiality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in purchase ledger
  • Experience of working in a small business
  • Professionally presented
  • Previous accounts administration experience
  • Experience in invoicing and billing
