HR ADVISORY CONTRACT D2 35/42K HR Administrator with HR Advisory experience required for a 3/4 month contract based with an excellent association based in Dublin 2 City Centre Salary: 35/45K depending on level of experience Key Responsibilities -       Benefit Administration: Manage the administration of the companies pension, health insurance and other employee schemes (such as bike to work and travel tickets). -       Advise: Support HR management in supporting the business areas with any employee issues that may arise in line with the companies policies and procedures -       Recruitment: Assist in the companies recruitment process, working closely with our external master vendor provider. -       Reports: Produce and analyse monthly HR reports (leave, budgets, etc) -       Staff Events: Set up any meeting & event requirements -       Administration: Maintain HR system, personnel files and the intranet and manage the department's filing, shredding & archiving Requirements The following are essential for the role: -       Complete discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality -       Excellent numerical & analytical skills, with very strong attention to detail -       Prior experience in providing assistance for HR policies & procedures -       Strong HR administration experience with proven time management, organisational and prioritisation skills -       Excellent communication skills -       Ability to work independently and on own initiative -       Ability to build strong internal and external relationships with employees at all levels -       Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook The following are desirable for the role: -       Relevant HR and qualifications -       Experience in using Sage Micropay payroll systems For further information, please contact:Helen Feeney  at GHL Recruitment 016610911
