Business Intelligence Analyst - Procurement

Our client is a pharmaceutical company with a state of the art head quarters in the city centre Description Responsibilities: Reporting to the procurement manager you will have the following responsibilities Manage Procurement System for indirect purchasing system for EU and APAC regions - systems include Oracle JDE, Coupa Purchasing Module Provide support for all purchasing processes Provide customer support to business system users across the organization as required Create required documentation for any system issues / system enhancements and follow the implemented change management process Support and perform testing for all system changes and upgrades Support integration to various systems Conduct system training Provide/enhance user manuals Publish reports Accomplish system implementations / upgrades for Coupa Profile Background You should have an IT related background and previous experience in a support position You should ideally have Experience with SharePoint development including SharePoint designer, SharePoint workflows etc. Immediate start.
