My client, one of the UK's leading law firms, are recruiting for a part time Admin Assistant to join their Private Client Department in the Richmond office. This is a busy, varied role working within a legal professional services environment.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including administration of legal file opening and closures, collection and distribution of filing / post / other documents, general filing / archiving and other admin tasks as requested.

You must be able to work quickly and accurately and work well within a team environment. As you will be required to cover for your colleagues on occasion, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well in person, in writing and over the phone.

You must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working within a legal setting would be desirable, but not essential.

Hours are flexible around the hours of 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to arrive earlier and stay later when the job or business requires. My client offers a competitive benefits package which includes 25 plus days holiday pro–rata.
