Risk & Compliance Advisor Client: Our client is a leading global financial services firm with a Belfast feel, they have an excellent office environment that is oxymoronic in the fact it is relaxed but also hard working. It is a global corporate business, but Belfast has a different feel. Role: This is a varied role that has significant room for development although not a junior role in nature. You will report directly into Regional Head of Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management and support them with many different aspects of compliance. Support in deployment of regulatory and internal policy compliance programs Work with others in Corporate Compliance, Human Resources and Global Information Security to conduct periodic monitoring and auditing of compliance activities to ensure ongoing compliance and to assess for process improvements. Provide support for risk and compliance activities in the region (e.g. anti-bribery/corruption, export control, privacy, marketing, etc.). Stay informed of the current compliance landscape, especially regarding applicable new or amended laws and regulations and assist in the development of updated procedures and controls addressing these changes. Serve as a resource for compliance inquiries and issues as presented in the Belfast office by seeking guidance and coordinating responses in a timely manner.
