SOX/Internal Auditor

In this role, you will be assisting the Manager with audits and, through this, will gain excellent exposure, working one and one with an experienced and highly-skilled Internal Auditor. You will assist with SOX-based audits, as well as operational audits and will be required to help the manager in presenting findings.

Description

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Suggest practical solutions to improve the control environment.

• Discuss and share findings with the rest of the assurance team.

• Provide assistance to the SOX project co-ordinator e.g. updating narratives and RACMs.

• Provide assistance to mediate the findings from management testing and External audit findings

• Provide support to Head of Risk in his strategy.

Profile

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Be qualified or part/qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIA/IIA etc.
• Have experience in performing Internal Audit and Risk reviews.
• Have experience with auditing under the Sarbanes-Oxley framework.
• Have excellent communication skills, both spoke and written.
• Have experience in presenting findings.
• Have experience with working with Senior Stakeholders.
