Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Immigration practice in the Dublin office. The successful candidate will work as part of this high performing team and will have responsibility for delivering exceptional immigration support. About the team Our multi-award winning Tax team is one of the largest and fastest growing tax advisory service providers in Ireland.  We provide a full range of business and personal taxation services to a wide range of clients, from the largest multinational companies to family-owned businesses and private individual clients. Our Immigration team is part of the wider Global Employer Services team in the Tax department. About the opportunity •Day-to-day advice on eligibility assessments, application preparation, legislative changes, and impact of corporate events. •Working as part of a team in delivering immigration support and advice. •Working directly with clients and on the management of our client relationships with opportunities to develop your experience and skill set. •Taking full responsibility for managing immigration cases from start to finish. This can involve taking clients instructions and reviewing application forms. •Assign and prioritize case work and projects as needed. •Reviewing immigration policies and processes, implementing updates and evaluating effectiveness of processes within the immigration team. •Overseeing, reviewing and taking accountability for the team's immigration cases from start to finish. •Taking accountability for own and team's caseload. •Opportunities to develop presentation skills within our team and to clients. •Assisting with client engagements and business strategy development in respect of immigration and mobility polices. Taking a lead in developing certain strategies and practice areas within our immigration practice. •Opportunity to develop and manage client relationships across growing industries including technology, pharma and financial services involving a strong involvement in developing specific client relationships. •Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients. •Coordinate special projects for specific clients. •Working within our tax team- to develop an integrated approach to clients form a taxation and immigration point of view. •Developing the immigration team - from team management and strategy. •Train case managers. •Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency throughout the office. •Liaise with other attorneys in the firm and share all information regarding case preparation. •Maintain accuracy in high volume, rapid turnover caseload. •Strategize, design and implement a seamless immigration process, continually analyse the immigration process to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. •Stay abreast of immigration updates and trends in order to benchmark and develop alternative solutions to immigration challenges. •Ability to manage and complete billing clients from start to finish. About you Your role as a Manager, Immigration will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. In this role, you will develop high- performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service. To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: •Strong academic background and professional qualification preferred. •5+ years experience of immigration experience and strong desire to further career within corporate immigration work. •High volume case handling experience. •Proven ability and experience in case management, meeting tight deadlines and service level agreements. •Experience in high caseload review of various case types and client flows •Customer/client facing experience. •Experience in working as part of team with strong communication skills. •Strong experience of team management, engagement and development. •Must be able to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast paced environment. •Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. •Ability to work effectively with others with great interpersonal skills. •Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and have the drive to ensure a successful outcome. •Ability to problem solves and take initiative to creatively resolve queries.
