FINANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITY Provide leadership towards achievement of company's mission, strategy, goals and objectives with active participation in the strategic alignment of the Finance department Strong business acumen with capability of strategizing for profitability and growth Dynamic team builder with excellent communication & leadership skills with ability to build a strong culture of teamwork Excellent financial analysis ability. Performs product cost margin and cost analysis against goals/targets and trending of actual performance. Works with Regional team to understand risks, opportunities and tracking against set target. Understands the actual performance and actual cost to monitor and track the target set for the each region. Compiles/consolidates the Management's monthly/quarterly reports for submission as per corporate policy and requirements. Implement and maintain systematic business processes and improvements Plan and direct Division's activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial performance and legislative adherence REUIREMENTS 1.Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or Finance OR a Postgraduate Degree (preferably MBA). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred. 2.Knowledge and experiences in implementing & managing business systems such as ERP, SAP, Solomon etc.. 3.Minimum 5-10 years experiences in managing a Finance department in a JV （合资企业）Company or MNC （外资企业） 4.Possess excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. Ability to lead and have a good analytical mind set & good problem solving skills 5.Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese preferred) 6.Knowledge of US/China best practices in Finance and Operation management 7.Strong sense of urgency and responsibility and able to work independently
