The Brand Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and driving the brands performance forward. They will display strong business partnering and influencing skills when working with operational staff.

As one of the UK's largest management pub and restaurant companies with successful brand names, this organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Brand Analyst to join their Finance team supporting two particular divisions.

Description

As the Finance Analyst you will support and provide ad-hoc financial analysis, adding value and insight to all areas of the brands performance as required and owning the budget adjustment process on behalf of the Brand Finance team.

Your role as Finance Brand Analyst will be challenging and varied, and responsibilities will include the following:
Divisional Responsibilities:

Provide financial support and analysis as required by the Premium Division Finance team
Provide Operations with specific technical analysis, including margin, pricing, productivity and labour management
Analyse factors influencing performance, suggesting corrective action to deliver targets
Monitor and evaluation of projects and initiatives post roll out as required
Prepare elements of brand plans and budget/forecast submissions for review
Meet the standard weekly reporting needs of the Division(s) and brand(s) as required

Profile

As the Finance Analyst in Birmingham you will display the following attributes:

Strong Commercial and Analytical Skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Highly organised & the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail is essential
A thirst for new experience, and a can do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Previous Finance/Analytical experience preferable
Professional Accountancy Qualification preferable
