Responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate the Group’s evaluation for acquisitions, disposals, merger or new investments, and strategic planning
- To oversee corporate projects and planning, feasibility studies and investment appraisal and other ad hoc projects including legal aspects and tax planning with regards to M&A activities
- To oversee management accounting and financial reporting to EXCOM, Board, etc.
- To oversee Indonesian business & improve operational excellence and reporting standards
- To ensure compliance with regulatory authorities
