Reporting into the Managing Partner, this role will give you the opportunity to lead a coherent finance team and take responsibility for all finance activities to support the business including: Managing all regular reporting, payroll and finance tasks (AP, AR, etc.) Lead all budgeting, forecasting and analysis including preparation of monthly management accounts Management of all statutory reporting requirements and preparation of statutory accounts Lead and develop the current team, functions and processes Work closely with senior management on ad hoc projects Your Background We are looking for a qualified accountant with a number of years' experience working in a similar partnership environment (preferably legal) who is looking to take over and develop a finance function. Aside form being highly technically competent, you should be a team player, committed to delivering a first rate, professional service and have strong IT skills (ideally including experience with practice management systems).
