Financial Risk Management The DGM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance & treasury function including maintaining existing operations and involvement in growth opportunity. In addition to providing leadership and direction to the Treasury transformation, the DGM is actively involved in supporting the GM Treasury & Tax and the various business units to “unlock” the full operational potential of the organization. He/she needs to conduct systematic review and revamp on the Treasury including processes, systems, and resources, and implement organization design and implementation to achieve seamless interface before Treasury and other part of the organization The DGM assists in defining the corporate Finance strategy in line with the Group's overall strategy and mission. In doing so, he/she has to ensure that the Treasury function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business. It is critical that the DGM be able to engage senior leaders at a strategic level, and influence strategies and operating plans that have an impact on funding decisions, financial operating efficiencies and financial risks.
