My client is a forwarding thinking firm who is located across multiple sites in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. The organisation has been through some significant transformation and is now applying their innovative approach to their business

Description

To provide accurate and timely management and financial information, with substantive analysis and interpretation to support sound decision making

To meet our financial statutory requirements and regulatory obligations.

To deliver best practice client accounting and cashiering services

To provide management of the Ledger Accounts team

To provide technical advice and assist in strategic planning, programme and project management and implementation

To support the Head of Finance

Profile

The successful individual will be a

Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)

Experience of working in a professional services firm

Experience in a similar role at a similar level.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and industry rules

Desire for continuous improvement, and supporting the transformation of the business.

People manager with experience of managing a finance team and supervising a specialist technical team

Comfortable undertaking work that is complex in nature with limited direction

Ability to exercising sound judgement in the interpretation and application of practices, processes and procedures.
