A high end hospitality company are looking for a Finance Business Partner to head up the finances for a new venture. This permanent job based in Tottenham is an exciting opportunity for a top end role in the finance sector with many growth opportunities.

The client have an extremely friendly team and need a personable and focused individual willing to take on responsibility and a new challenge in partnering for a high end provider.
Description
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Producing accurate P&Ls pre and post events including profiling, attendance and SPH assumptions
- Accurate & timely Weekly, Monthly and Rolling Forecasts and annual budgeting/forecasting process
- All variances analysed, understood, challenged and appropriate actions put in place to improve
- Ensuring appropriate business performance tools are understood and utilised by venue teams
- Working closely with GMs to ensure full awareness of all financial drivers to enable robust decision-making
- Training of unit management team to increase financial awareness and adherence to control procedures
Profile
- Part Qualified/Finalist with at least 2 years experience
- High numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong, dynamic team player
- Previous commercial finance experience of improving business results and adding value
- Flexibility to work evenings and potentially weekends to travel if event support is required
- Excellent communication skills with proven abilities to influence parties
