Treasury Manager

岗位职责：  Lead the Treasury function in Finance Shared Services, including all the daily activities  Manage the CNY Cross Border Cash Pool  Manage bank payments, short term investment, Treasury reporting and etc.  Monitor cash flows in China region and manage the monthly forecasting process  Manage BAD (Bank Accepted Drafts) processes in the region, including acceptance, transfer, discounting and issuance  Manager trade finance processes, e.g. arranging cross-border export financing with Sinosure cover  Manage other treasury related processes. Such as Guarantee Letter issuance, FX & Hedging, Letter of Credit, Dividend Repatriation and etc.  Participant in Finance Shared Services projects actively from Treasury perspective  Participate in treasury projects and follow up with action items, if required  Identify potential treasury risks and drive the organization for the continuous improvement  Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time 任职资格：  Bachelor Degree or above with finance or accounting major is a must.  Proven Treasury experiences in multinational companies or banks including 5 years in management position  Strong knowledge and experience in treasury related laws and regulations  Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities  Good team player with effective communication skill  Proven time management and multi- tasking capability and  Be willing to travel within China from time to time  Fluent in English and Mandarin
