What will you be doing? You will manage the full 360 degree or end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve their desired goals You will work closely with clients in a consultative manner to understand client mandates, ensuring a ‘quality over quantity' approach to recruitment You will nurture existing client relationships comprised of some of Ireland's best-known brands and desirable employers You will continue to develop new relationships as you win new business You will undertake the full candidate journey - sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process to offer stage and beyond You will utilise our market leading recruitment tools and technology - ensuring optimum efficiency to maximise your opportunity for success You will grow your own professional brand as well as the business brand by undertaking marketing and social media responsibilities You will continue to hone your recruitment skills through training and on-the-job coaching that will ensure you become a respected market leader in your sector You will promote a hardworking, supportive and ambitious business culture Is this you?
