Review expense claim forms and handle cash receipts and payments
Prepare all kinds of management and financial reports
Handle all PRC tax fillings and annual inspection
In charge of monthly reporting and end closing
In charge of annual budget and monthly cash flow forecast preparation
Main Contact window for tax officer
Provide the required information for government
Accountable for the good relationship with local authorities
To communicate with other department in finance issues
Prepare AR aging report and push AR collection
Requirements:
Bachelor degree Major in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5-6 years related working experience. Working experience in accounting firm is preferred
Be familiar with ERP system
Spoken and written proficiency in Mandarin and English is require
Good team player and strong communication skill; Ability to work under pressure and time limit
