Account Manager

Maintenance of financial reporting and general ledger structure Preparation of Budgets and controlling the income and expenses accordingly. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closure of accounts & Trial balance Preparation of monthly and quarterly project wise financial statements Liaison with banks for obtaining bank guarantees, LCs and loans Preparation of Bank, accounts receivables & accounts payable reconciliation Liaison with Auditors and insurance companies Age analysis of accounts payable and schedule their payments Advising staff regarding the handling of non-routine financial transactions Development of project wise revenue recognition policies and weekly reporting of revenue recognized. Preparation of management reports to facilitate decision making by analyzing financial information Preparation of Payroll and processing through WPS Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation schedules Accounting and booking of prepayments and charging them to P & L UAE VAT knowledge and able to file VAT returns Quickbooks and SAP Business One expertise ERP Implementation experience is an advantage Qualification CA/ACCA/CPA with minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Telecommunication / Construction Industry
