1. RESPONSIBILITY - : Budgeting and Forecasting Work with the GM on 5-year strategic business plan and work plan Prepare financial modelling to support annual budget and relevant presentation for senior management team and/or Board approvals Establish necessary monitoring system to ensure plans/budget monitored at the entity level on a regular basis Compile, Review and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast per required timetable Financial reporting Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly financial reports, forecasts and budgets to HQ Monitor KPI and provide variances explanations and alert GM/China management team of any deviations and potential deviations Organise and participate monthly finance performance review meetings and provide concise explanations to variances and setup correction plan whenever necessary Operational Finance Monitor and control factory manufacturing costs and overheads and provide analysis for key variances against KPIs and budget Manage the cash flow, work on account receivables / inventory to ensure a good cash flow performance. Review existing systems & procedures , and drive continuous improvements on the existing business practices. Prepare and review capital investment appraisal and provide recommendations to the GM Liaison with internal and external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, etc. Undertaking any other ad hoc projects as and when required by the GM. Statutory Compliance Oversees all statutory compliances related to Registrar of Companies / Tax (VAT/CST) Authorities / are up to date and being followed Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in accordance with Corporate and statutory requirements, regulatory guidelines and established practices 2. ACCOUNTABILITY : Play a key role on development and training of Finance Team. Foster team work and provide excellent internal and external customer service. Cash flow performance Timely and accurate finance reporting Operation compliance 3. AUTHORITY : To respond and perform all assigned Corrective Actions. Support continuous performance improvement. And at all times act within the policies and financial authority guidelines of the Company. Requirements: 5-years financial management role in MNC environment with solid experience in group consolidated reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Good understanding on the PRC statutory requirements Good interpersonal skills especially experiences in dealing with SOEs. Good Financial and Business Acumen Ability to handle diversity and cultural differences Be able to work independently and effectively “Can do” attitudes and able to work under tight deadline and pressure Data driven decision making CPA min 3-5 years audit experience in a reputable accounting firm System experience - Oracle, SAP, UFIDA preferred but not essential Good skills on office application (PPT, Excel) Good command of English
