Role The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, performing Depositary duties in accordance with Irish Regulations /AIFMD Rule Book and the requirements of each fund's constitutional documentation. The role will focus on managing an allocation of property funds. The successful candidate will benefit from training in respect of the Depositary's duties and oversight requirements and will gain an exposure to a wide range of fund types and structures. The candidate should have strong organisation and planning skills to effectively work within a Depositary team, have the ability to deliver within agreed timeframes and have excellent communication skills. Principal Responsibilities Ability to work within a multi-team structure as well as on own initiative. Responsible for providing Depositary Services to an allocation of Real Estate / Property Funds including timely escalation of issues on a day to day basis. Reviewing the funds to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and fund documentation. Preparing board reports and client communication in respect of allocated funds and attend fund board meetings. Ensure the appropriate documentation is obtained in respect of property transactions and ensure that the Depositary asset verification requirements are adhered to. Work within a Limerick based team offering Depositary Services to Real Estate/Property Fund clients. Interacts with personnel in both the client and administration companies. Work within the team to manage access to 3rd party client bank accounts controlled by Depositary. Procedural implementation to ensure fund compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills An understanding of Irish fund structures, fund administration and Depositary business. Ability to communicate and manage external relationships with clients to a professional standard. Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Experience A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required / preferred.
