Opportunity to join an iconic Australian corporate in their group M&A function where you will support the senior team with deal execution and business development activity. With an active mandate across acquisitions, divestments and joint venture partnerships this role represents an interesting opportunity to enter a corporate and develop a career outside of sell side advisory. Working with a highly credentialed senior team you will continue to learn and develop technical skills as well as gaining broader commercial exposure across a diverse business. You will be responsible for executing transactions, providing valuation and modelling support and will take a hands on approach to commercial negotiations and research of growth strategies.

Successful applicants will have 1-3 years experience in corporate finance in either an investment bank, independent advisory firm or top tier CA firm and will display exceptional presentation and communication skills along with a solid technical base across corporate finance deal processes.
