Due to continued growth, we have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Property Development team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will assist with the implementation of Catholic Healthcare's strategic development plan, including new and existing Residential Aged Care, Independent Living Unit and Community Services sites. This is a client-side role that manages internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver major works projects.

As a preferred candidate, you will possess the following: -

• Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline (Engineering, Construction or Project Management);
• Building Trade qualification and/or experience leading to equivalent expertise, knowledge and skills in the above fields;
• Proven experience working in a project management, construction and property development environment;
• Excellent contract and project management skills with a solid understanding of the property development and building industry;
• Knowledge of relevant technical and compliance legislation, standards and codes of practice;
• Experience in preparing project briefs, planning, documenting, tendering, delivering, administering and commissioning major works projects;
• High level of proficiency in Windows based applications.
