About Us

The Monash Health Pathology Service operates under the brand name of Monash Pathology and is an integral part of Monash Health. It is one of the largest providers of Pathology services in the state and currently operates 4 laboratories. The largest of these is located at the Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, with additional facilities being located at the Dandenong, Moorabbin and Casey Hospitals. There are currently 12 collection centres based within the hospital sites and community settings. Services are provided to the Public and Private sectors, and other laboratory services

About the Role

We have a vacancy in the Pathology Accounts Team for a Team Leader. The team is responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions of the Pathology service operating across both public and private sectors. This is a Full Time Permanent position.

What You Need to Know

The team needs a person with:

• An understanding of the Healthcare Industry
• An understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable services
• An ability to work collaboratively and problem solve
• A high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and developing staff
