Description

  • Preparing and closing service charge year end accounts.
  • Reconciling client statements when required.
  • Liaising with external auditors and resolving any queries.
  • Responsible for liaising with Property Managers during the budgeting process.
  • Preparing and issuing residents invoices.
  • Reviewing and closing client statements
  • Ad hoc finance tasks as and when required.

Profile

  • A Part Qualified Accountant
  • A proven track record of working within the property sector is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to forge effective working relationships
  • Strong system skills including Excel
