Key Responsibilities

In this management accounting role, you will report to the Director, Business Support Services for Chief Nursing Officer, working closely with key internal stakeholders including program staff, to manage the portfolio's business operations. You will also have considerable interaction with the Finance team, and your key deliverable will include:

• driving the budgeting and forecasting functions, along with the monthly and quarterly business reporting to various levels of management;
• design and implement business strategies and process improvement initiatives;
• advising on adhoc matters, including designing reports and/or analytical tools to support the efficient delivery of operational KPIs and projects.

There will be a particular focus on enhancing the quality of management reporting to support organisational decision making and this role will also play a part in ensuring that responsibility for financial outcomes and accountability is effectively communicated. Previous Business Support Experience will be highly regarded.
